Frequently Asked Questions
What are Your Services Like?
At First Baptist, you’ll find that our Worship service is a mix of exciting music, a biblically relevant sermon, and a relaxed environment. We start at 10:15 am and end at approximately 11:15 am.
What Should I Wear?
We don't care what you wear! We just want to get to know you. So, dress casually and you'll fit right in. We believe God is more concerned about your attitude than your appearance anyway, so leave the formal Sunday clothes in the closet and come prepared to enjoy the service.
What Should I Bring with Me?
If you have a Bible, bring it with you. If not, don’t worry. Our pastor puts the Bible passage that he will be speaking from in the Worship Bulletin that you will receive when you arrive.
What Happens Once I Arrive?
Once you make it to our parking lot, we’ll take care of everything else. We’ll direct you to our Welcome Center, where a Greeter will welcome you and lead you to the right location for you and your family.
Is there Something for My Kids?
Absolutely! First Baptist has incredible Preschool and Children's Ministries, and our Greet Team will assist you in getting your children to their respective locations. We offer preschool childcare from bed babies through Kindergarten, and your children (grades 1-6) won't want to miss our exciting Children's Worship which is held simultaneously with our 10:15 am Worship Service.
What About Security?
We take child security very seriously. Each Preschooler must be registered before entering a Sunday School class, and both you and the child will be assigned a security tag. The tag must be presented when you pick up your child.
